The EXPRESS CARTRIDGE SPONSORED SHOOT was won by:

Steven G. with 59 + 17 handicap for a total of 76.

2nd was Kevin P with a score of 62 + 13 handicap for a total of 75.

3rd was Paul F with a score of 56 + 16 handicap for a total of 72,

But this was after applying the count back rule as Neil B also had a score of 72.

Good but cold weather along with a new setup with many interesting

and challenging birds made for a good clay pigeon shoot.

THE SCOTT B. (SOCIAL SECRETARY) sponsored shoot was won by:
Andy C. with 62 + 18 handicap for a total of 80. But this was after applying the count back rule.
2nd was Ken P with a score of 62 + 18 handicap for a total of 80.
3rd was Pantelis T with a score of 59 + 20 handicap for a total of 79.
The weather was very cold with a little sleet/hail.
a new setup with many interesting birds made for a good clay pigeon shoot.
Well done Andy, Ken and Pantelis.

The C D BOYCE TROPHY shoot was shot over two 75 bird Sunday shoots, and won by
Jack K who hit 54 and then 66 to give 120 + 18 handicap for a total of 138.
Two other shooters Nick D and Wayne P also shot 120 + handicap but were placed 2nd and 3rd respectively after handicaps.
This 2nd shoot was set up while very foggy and consequently the clays were much nearer than usual, this made it a much easier shoot than normal. Not quite the challenging setup we are used to, but it did allow some of our more novice members to experience their highest scores.
Well done Jack, Nick & Wayne.

The SIDE BY SIDE SILVER SALVER was won by:
Ken P. Who hit 57 + 18 handicap for a total of 75.
2nd was Paul C. who hit 56 + 18 handicap for a total of 74.
3rd was Trevor G. who hit 54 + 19 handicap, total 73.
A good and mixed setup with many interesting and challenging birds made for a good clay pigeon shoot.

The MERIDIAN CCTV LTD (Pierre K.) sponsored shoot was won by:
A Class High Gun:
Nathan B. with a score of 67.
B Class High Gun: Ken P with a score of 62.
C Class High Gun: Daniel F with a score of 57.

Winston Chambers Handicap sponsored shoot was won by:

Pantelis T. after using the count back rule he won with 64 + 20 handicap for a total of 84.

2nd was Murray S with a score of 64 + 20 handicap for a total of 84.
3rd was Steven G with a score of 62 + 17 handicap for a total of 79.

The Side by Side Silver Salver shoot was won by
Ian J, with an excellent 64 + 9 handicap for a total of 73.

The JOHN DILLOWAY MEMORIAL TROPHY shoot was won by: Ian S. with 57 + 8 handicap for a total 65. Mr. Dilloways son presented the trophy and kindly provided a bottle of the hard stuff for the winner.

The weather was warm, but it was very windy with many a gust to move the clays all over the place.

The HAYES LEISURE (Chris Hayes) sponsored shoot was won by:
Adrian P who won the High Gun prize, after applying the count back rule, with a score of 69.
Jason G won the handicap shoot with 69 + 9 handicap for a total of 78.

Nathan B. also hit 67 + 6 handicap for a total of 73 but was placed 2nd after applying the count back rule.
3rd was Paul B. who hit 70 + 1 handicap, total 71.

The run of good weather came to an end, and it just rained all morning.

SECRETARY (Hayley Morris) SPONSORED SHOOT was won by:
Stephen G. with 56 + 15 handicap for a total of 71.
2nd was David S. with 39 + 21 handicap for a total of 60.
3rd was Wayne P. with 55 + 9 handicap for a total of 64.
The above scores were the totals for 10 stands,
but one stand had to be discounted as one trap stopped working
when some had shot it and others had not.
So the order above takes account of deducting that stand.
The weather was good and again no rain fortunately.
Many challenging and testing birds made for a hard but interesting clay pigeon shoot.

The ADVANCED ELECTRICAL (Larry Dewsbery) SPONSORED SHOOT was won by
Expert Class:
Adrian P. with 63.
Good Class: Jack K. with 59.
Novice Class: Chris R. with 47.
Ladies Prize went to Carol M. with 49.
The junior prize went to Christopher M.
A special prize went to Rob L, this was a book called "101 Shooting Excuses",
but we don't think he needs any encouragement.
Much less windy than of recent times and the rain held off.

The GREYGOOSE (Michael M. & Pantelis T.) SPONSORED SHOOT was won by
Mike S. with a score of 63 + 17, 1.5 times handicap, for a total of 80, to win the Greygoose Vodka.
Jason L. won the booby prize of a miniature bottle of vodka.
The rain stayed off and the wind was less than it has been over the last few weeks.

3rd was Mike S on 49 + 21 handicap, total 70.

It was cold with a very high wind that did not drop all morning. A set up with some difficult stands was made harder by the high winds but it did make for a very interesting shoot.
