I understand that to enable the Committee to consider the application I am required to shoot on at least three occasions; one of which must be with a Committee member who will assess shooting safety. 

I acknowledge that completion of this form in no way signifies that membership will be granted but have read the Club Rules and agree to abide by them. 

Applicants are advised that the Club carries liability insurance on a group / Club basis but for individual member to member cover and/or cover to shoot at 3^rd party shooting grounds members are advised to make their own arrangements.
